Account director:

We’re on the lookout for a smart marketing leader with experience leading an account team and partnering with clients to join our world-class agency. You can look forward to being a part of a profoundly supportive and fun unit within our growing global B2B Agency. The Account Director is a vital role, and you will support clients as a strategic partner and work cross-functionally with our high-performing media, creative and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client accounts with emphasis in B2B and expertise in building senior client relationships
  • Strategize and execute fully integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results and align with business goals
  • Direct internal and external teams through effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accuracy and efficient communication across all channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the client
  • Inspire award-winning programs
  • Drive budget projections/budget management and own approving/managing/tracking billing against projects.
  • Solicit, develop, and implement new methods and processes to conduct agency business for efficiency and profitability
  • Take ownership of account profitability and support the growth of the account overall
  • Take a leadership role in new consumer trends and media opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the account team responsible for the day-to-day account activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Required experience:

  • 10+ years of advertising agency experience, 4+ years of account leadership experience
  • Experience in leading digital media-heavy accounts
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in SaaS or Technology brands, and B2B is a plus
  • Ability to prepare clean and concise client-ready documents including strategy briefs and SOWs
  • Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills who demonstrates empathy and commitment to the client and the agency team
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Expert-level fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
