Each One. Teach One. Be One.

Each and every one of us at Gravity is committed to driving sustainable change for racial equity in our workplace and beyond. We have to become the change we wish to see in the world, as individuals and as a team and this page outlines our commitment and serves as a go-to point as we continue to work on actionable items to further that change. Education, humility, and transparency are all incredibly important to our endeavors, and we invite you to join us on our journey of becoming one.

EACH ONE.

In order to start this journey of Becoming One, we must first recognize that we are Each One. We are each human. We are taught right from wrong. We each have a heart that beats the same as the next, it is our lifeline. Each One of us is accountable for our part towards progression, Each One of us commits to seeking education in order to make a change.

TEACH ONE.

As our understanding of the African American plight grows, we commit to making a difference and to sharing our knowledge to Teach One in the spirit of the African American proverb, “Each One. Teach One.”

BE ONE.

During this process of seeking knowledge and education, we recognize that we are Each One. We passed on what we have learned in an effort to Teach One, and now, we go out into our communities to Be One and be the change that we want to see.

We are One. We join together to apply our knowledge, because we know that it is power and we continue our journey of understanding… together as ONE.

Our Commitment Statement

We commit to focus on driving transparency on diversity and inclusion in the workplace starting with our African American employees. We acknowledge that each one of us is accountable for our part towards progression, we commit to educating ourselves in an effort to teach one another how to make a difference in the workplace and the community and finally we commit to be one, meaning that we will be the change that we want to see in an effort to ultimately become one.
