STACK Infrastructure had rapidly evolved from a regional provider to a leading global digital infrastructure company—serving hyperscale, Fortune 20 clients and investors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. However, their legacy website did not reflect this evolution. The site’s design, messaging, and user experience undersold STACK’s scale, credibility, and innovation, and it failed to immediately convey STACK’s value proposition to its key audiences.
The challenge was to transition perceptions away from retail/wholesale toward large-scale, enterprise-grade capabilities, while ensuring the digital experience inspired confidence and engagement from all site users. Our goal was to completely transform STACK’s website by creating a modern, impactful, and user-friendly digital experience that accurately represented STACK’s scale, credibility, and innovation.

Opportunity
This project presented a unique opportunity to reposition STACK’s digital presence as a world-class, modern brand. The objective was to establish instant credibility through innovative design, setting STACK apart from competitors and positioning it firmly as a forward-thinking industry leader. The redesigned site needed to seamlessly serve and engage its three primary audiences: hyperscale clients seeking technical solutions and global reach, career seekers looking for growth and inclusivity, and institutional investors requiring trust and transparency, all while expanding global and regional personalization.
Improving both the navigation and overall content strategy was seen as essential, ensuring the site reflected the sophistication, scale, and innovation typified by industry leaders. There was also a focus on analytics, MarTech integration, and localization to better analyze, automate, and tailor the experience for users worldwide. Ultimately, the project aimed to support STACK’s position as a thought leader in digital infrastructure with a strong commitment to ESG responsibility.


Solution
Gravity Global partnered with STACK Infrastructure to launch an all-new website that redefines digital engagement for the global data center industry. The new site is built on WordPress, leveraging customized design templates and modular components to provide flexibility and visual consistency across content types. The navigation employs a mega menu structure, enabling users to easily explore global locations, services, careers, and resources—mirroring the best practices of other elite digital infrastructure companies. A standout feature is the high-fidelity 3D animation on the homepage, establishing immediate impact and communicating STACK’s scale.
Dedicated sections highlight STACK’s robust global solutions, ESG/sustainability efforts, and extensive career opportunities, each tailored for its respective audience. The integration of localization tools, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms lays the groundwork for ongoing personalization and data-driven enhancements. Every design and content decision were informed by a rigorous discovery process that included user experience audits, stakeholder interviews, and the development of persona-based user stories.
Powered by WordPress CMS, the site supports easy content updates, localization, and personalized experiences, enabling STACK to scale its digital presence alongside its rapid business growth.

Results
The new STACK Infrastructure website delivered immediate results, elevating the company's brand presence and aligning its digital experience with the expectations of a global industry leader. User journeys have been significantly improved, with streamlined navigation providing faster access to key sections like locations, solutions, and resources. The homepage’s engaging animation and overall site visuals have garnered swift, positive feedback from both stakeholders and users.
