Megan Klingaman
Director of GTM & ABM
A results-driven marketing leader with expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), and omnichannel media. As Director of GTM and ABM at Gravity Global, Megan focuses on developing data-driven, client-centric strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Her team serves as the architect of comprehensive GTM strategies, designing and orchestrating holistic integrated plans across channels to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. With deep experience across ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, and Bombora, Megan leverages market insights to craft high-performing campaigns that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. She thrives on collaboration, innovation, and pushing boundaries to unlock new growth opportunities in complex markets.
Passionate about aligning marketing and sales, Megan believes in quality over quantity—focusing on meaningful impact rather than vanity metrics. She ensures marketing efforts contribute directly to pipeline performance and long-term business success.
When she’s not driving results for clients, Megan can usually be found outside with her animals or working on a hobby farm project.


Laura Forester
Director of Strategic Planning - Head of US Brand Strategy
Laura's role is to lead strategic excellence to deliver impactful insights and ensure every interaction fuels success and lights a simple path to business growth.
As an award-winning Director of Strategic Planning, Laura has excellent planning and organization skills, a fearless commitment to creative results and innovative ideas. She’s provided strategic leadership for companies from Netflix to Smucker’s Natural Food and from Siemens Energy to Nestlé USA. She brings an expansive and people-first perspective to Gravity Global. Over the years, her work has garnered recognition from the ADDYs to the Shorty Awards. She’s also a LUMA Institute certified facilitator of Human-Centered Design.
When she’s not working, you’ll most likely encounter her trail running with a bunch of her pups and exploring the benefits of mindfulness.


Chris Omotosho
Associate Director, Client Services and New Business
Chris helps lead and nurture the client services team to provide the very highest levels of client servicing. He also works to build strong client relationships and help identify and convert new business opportunities.
Chris started his advertising career in 1996 after obtaining a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. Since then, he has gone on to help develop campaigns and strategies for a range of clients including Airbus, Santander, Aviva, Intuit, M&G Investments, Rapyd and Payoneer to name a few. With over 25 years of industry experience, there aren’t many disciplines Chris hasn’t worked with. So, he’s as comfortable with a content-driven demand program as he is with a good old printed DM piece. From implementation and delivery, right through to results, he’s driven by his desire to ensure clients benefit from Gravity’s smart thinking.
Outside of Gravity, music is his passion. Listening to it, playing it, dancing to it! Chris also a big fan of board games and horror movies with the family!

Cody Sandahl
Head of Development
Cody started programming computers in 2nd grade and never looked back. He is now the Head of Development at Gravity, where he oversees technical and development teams in the US, UK, and Vietnam.
Cody has worked in many different parts of the tech industry since the late 90s, including enterprise integrations, web development, AI, scientific software, industrial automation, and game-based education apps. He works with many clients to help align their technology with business goals and the needs of the real people who interact with their digital platforms. Cody will also take on all challengers in Star Wars trivia.

Shay Ruggles
Head of UX/UI
Shay leads the UX/UI team to create compelling, high-performing digital experiences for brands around the globe.
With 150+ websites and applications launched under her direction, she ensures our clients’ brand strategies are artfully reflected and the most important, and often overlooked, the voice of the end-user is central to the strategic direction of our digital work. She is a certified UX expert through the Nielsen Norman Group. Her experience includes work for B2B and B2C clients including Honda, United Launch Alliance (ULA), Arrow, Phillips66, and several not-for-profit organizations like Adam’s Camp and Craig Hospital.
Outside of work, you’ll find her at the beach, on a trail, or reading historical fiction by a cozy fire with her husband, dog, and son River.


Rob Welsby
Managing Director, SEO
Rob is Gravity Global's resident search expert, leading our SEO practice area as well as biddable media (paid search and social media)
Leading Gravity Global’s SEO practice area, Rob first started working in organic search nearly 20 years ago, and in that time has seen seismic shifts in how brands need to evolve and adapt to maintain strong organic search visibility. From site speed and UX to ‘mobile-first’, machine-learning algorithms and the future of AI, Rob and team enjoy nothing more than geeking out over data and seeing real-world commercial-impact for our clients based on our recommendations.
Our SEO team of 20 expert organic search specialists have worked with a wide variety of brands in both B2B and B2C, from Fortune 50 global brands to specialist engineering and aerospace sectors with a target audience measured in the dozens rather than millions.
Outside of work, you'll find Rob working on various DIY projects, going on hiking expeditions with wife and dog, or enjoying a craft IPA and complaining about how music will never be as good as the 90's rock and grunge era.


Andrew Blotner
SVP Media
Andrew is an audience first, data-driven marketer and leads Gravity’s robust Media Planning group.
With a career that spans numerous industries at mid and large agencies, his expertise has led to multiple awards by exceeding Client KPI’s through his innovations in both product and process on behalf of his wide-ranging clients.
He received a BA in Sociology and Communications from Clark University, while being recognized as a leader within the media industry and a brand ambassador of the agency.


Lou Roberts
SVP, Media Activation
Lou empowers the planning, activation, analytics and AdOps team to ensure execution excellence for our clients.
She is marketing qualified, client focussed with a strong digital background - Lou understand both clients needs and the requirements of our media teams. By collaborating & communicating in a transparent way & by taking time to understand our clients, she can bring together the right teams to deliver campaigns to deliver results. Lou believes in long-term value delivery rather than a short-term, high-risk approach.
Key achievements for her are long term relationships with clients, clients do not stay with you if you are not delivering results. Lou never wants a client to say 'so what'. So she does the 'so whatting' internally.
In her personal life family and friends are everything and she is the newly crowned Nonna of Bonnie and Teddy. Lou has a love hate relationship with exercise - though she does it every day. For Lou learning is everything - every day is a school day and every day is a gift. She is also still learning the offside rule in football/soccer. To wrap it up Travel, gin and wine are her go to.


Steve Cheliotis
Global Brand Insight Director
Stephen holds the role of Global Brand Insight Director at Gravity Global.
Since starting his career at Brand Finance in the late nineties, Stephen has provided robust research, trends & insights, and strategic branding advice to both established and challenger brands across a wide variety of B2B and B2C sectors. Stephen ran The Centre for Brand Analysis from 2006 to early 2022, prior to joining Gravity. He is the Chairman of the UK Consumer Superbrands, Business Superbrands and CoolBrands Council. He founded and sold The Brand Network, an insights and event business working with over 150 leading global brands. A regular commentator on CNN, the BBC and Sky among others, Stephen encourages the next generation of marketers as a visiting professor and also a judge for the Marketing Academy scholarship.


Nicola Cook
Managing Director - Integrations
Nicola is dedicated to supporting and implementing the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap, fostering evolution and alignment throughout the group, and developing our global proposition.
What we have at Gravity is unique. Nicola's goal is to maintain strategic alignment and ethos across Gravity's global teams. As Gravity Global expands, she works alongside our leadership to ensure the team evolves as one.
Her background is deeply rooted in the agency world, both as a founder and as a leader in two top-tier international agencies. Now based in the US to support our expansion there, this is her third country with Gravity. Nicola began in London as director of digital strategy and associate director, then moved to Spain to launch a European office focusing on tech and innovation led clients. Subsequently, she transitioned to a role that integrated eight acquisitions into our global group.
Kids, outdoors, and adventuring. Any combination of the above, making her current location of Denver an excellent fit.


Rachel Smith
Group HR Director
With over 10 years at Gravity, Rachel continues to advance and develop the people agenda, providing strategic input to both the Board of Directors as well as ELT, SLT, and key stakeholders.
Rachel is CIPD qualified in Human Resource Management with over 13 years in the profession with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing, advertising, and legal sectors. She was instrumental in establishing our UK HR department which she now leads, and has played a pivotal role in integrating employees who have joined as a result of acquisition and organic growth. Rachel is also a key member of our global ESG team, continually striving to champion best practice and evolve our people strategy. Rachel is a keen scuba diver and enjoys country walks in and around rural Oxfordshire where she lives with her husband, 2 cats and cocker spaniel.


Andy Greaves
Head of Growth
Andy heads up the Go-To-Market practice at Gravity - a results-oriented team that unlocks opportunities for internal and external customers. – whether it be Growth, Productivity, Profitability or Innovation.
A curious, commercially-minded and creative leader with over 20 years of digital strategy, management and implementation expertise in client, agency and consultancy environments. Andy looks beyond technology, channels and algorithms to create bespoke strategies that transform brands and revenue.
His team is responsible for identifying and delivering innovative strategies across Brand, Sales, Channel, ABM and Demand Generation. His team works across the group to deliver omni-channel experiences that drive growth. To that end, they have worked on numerous award-winning programs from the best multi-channel campaign to the most commercially successful.
Andy's experience ranges from start-ups to global giants in every sector including Aerospace, Finance, Professional Services, Telco, Defence, Healthcare, Industrial, SaaS, Security and Transportation.
He spends much of my spare time ferrying around a very sporty seven-year-old. Being naturally curious he tends to have about 7 books on the go.


Nate Esser
US CFO
As the Gravity US CFO, Nate is responsible for leading the Company's financial awareness through managing, reporting and forecasting its' financial performance and coordinating the systems and personnel to meet those objectives.
Nate is a 20+ year Certified Public Accountant with bachelors and masters degrees in accounting from Texas A&M University. His career began in public accounting with Ernst & Young in Houston, Texas and progressed through various industry positions in oilfield services, healthcare and retail prior to landing at the US predecessor to Gravity Global (9thWonder) in October of 2020.
Nate’s position with the Company started in the Controller role where he had the opportunity to bring process and efficiency to a team that was looking for leadership and a new way of working. In January 2022 Nate moved into the CFO role and began working with Gravity Global to merge the organizations into the global advertising agency we represent today.
Nate is a happily married father of two beautiful young women with a menagerie of pets (3 cats and a dog) who are all named after spices and royalty (Princess Pepper, Dutchess Ginger Spice, etc). He loves all types of cycling and spending time with his family.


Sharlene Lytton
Human Resources Director
For more than a decade, Shar has brought her zen presence to Gravity, where she oversees Human Resources and partners with the leadership team to drive strategy and change for all team members.
Starting in our Finance department, Shar found her true passion for Human Resources. When not in the office, Shar enjoys spending time with her family, spending time in the outdoors.


Mark Mitton
Head of Mid-Market
As Head of Mid-Market, Mark leads strategy work for clients drawing on his experience having branded 15 startups and working with numerous national Fortune 1000 brands.
Mark has appeared on programs such as MSNBC’s Business Makeover program, and often speaks on digital marketing and branding.
Mark founded Carbon8, a digital marketing and branding agency in 2009, which was acquired in 2017 by 9thWonder. Prior to Carbon8, Mark was co-founder at the Market Creation Group (MCG). He has also held positions leading branding, public relations, advertising, demand generation, market research and e-marketing programs at both large and startup technology companies.


Kyle Allen
SVP, Media
Kyle takes his insights from 33 years of media planning and buying experience and turns them into new media possibilities.
Leading the planning and research efforts at the agency, Kyle ensures targeted communication that establishes relevant connections between brands and consumers. Further, he leads the agency’s quants in ROI-based initiatives that define the metrics by which we determine success. Kyle serves on the 4A’s Mid-Size Agency Media Director’s Committee and the 4A’s South Texas Agency Council.
He received a BS in Advertising and Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University and has worked with a broad range of recognizable brands.


Mark Morse
Executive Managing Partner
As Executive Managing Partner at Gravity Global, Mark drives growth across global operations by integrating leadership, optimizing practice areas, and enhancing strategic business relationships.
Mark believes great brands are like great songs; they both tell a meaningful story, in a style composed for a specific audience that connects with them on a deep, emotive level. From creative brand experiences to moving content, modern brands need to pull their audience in. That philosophy drove his 25+ career as CEO and owner of award-winning agencies Whitney Morse and Morsekode with clients including Ameriprise, Audio-Technica, 3M, Boston Scientific, Cargill, Mayo Clinic, Shure, UnitedHealthcare, Target. Prior to his entrepreneurialism, Mark was at Fallon and Carmicheal Lynch working on BMW, Jim Beam, Nikon, Pentax, and Rollerblade clients.
Having earned him numerous awards creativity, business, and leadership, Mark also teaches capstone marketing course at the Hubbard School of Journalism, University of Minnesota.
Alongside his agency career, Mark has been an active musician performing with international jazz artists to Minneapolis-based rock, funk & RnB acts and composing music for a variety of content, including sonic logos. He and his wife of 30+ years have two sons.


Jeff Robertson
Chief Technology Officer
Jeff Robertson is an entrepreneur and an online development expert with experience stretching back to dial-up.
He is Chief Technology Officer at Gravity, where he oversees technical infrastructure and development.
Jeff started his online career in the late 90s developing specialty e-commerce solutions in .NET and SQL, and managing hosting and email systems. Afterward, he was an online marketing manager in charge of worldwide online strategy and online demand generation.


Renata Florio
Global Chief Creative Officer
Renata's role is to support, develop and improve the overall creative vision of the company through leading and inspiring creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, working closely with the other departments and practices, while managing the process from execution to final delivery, keeping up with industry trends and new technologies that will help us shine. With Brazilian and Italian background, plus American Citizenship, Renata is perfectly aligned with the company's global approach.
With over 25 years of experience, Renata has been a global creative lead and chief creative officer at the major companies in Latin America, and the US, with diverse expertise in packaged goods, finance, beauty, cars, technology, B2B, and health and wellness. She has worked with clients like P&G, Unilever, Johnson's, Merck, SC Johnson, Pfizer, IBM, L'Oreal, Pantene, Cover Girl, Nestlé, Gerber, San Pellegrino, Ambev-InBev, Perrier, Ford, Volkswagen, Movistar, among others. She has won Cannes Lions, Clio's, D&AD, Effie's, One Show, and New York Festivals, having also had the opportunity to participate in these awards as a jury member and a jury president.
Renata is an avid reader, a writer, likes to travel, to cook Italian and Brazilian food, and to learn new languages.
She's loves the family life. Married and with two adult children, she's been busy training her puppy labrador.


Josh Okun
Chief Innovation Officer
Josh currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Gravity.
Josh is a futurist and innovator. He connects the dots between brand, media, creative and digital. Josh has been at the forefront of the digital community throughout his career, defining the future of always-on marketing, interface design, e-commerce solutions, mobile development and social media.
Josh has helped a myriad of Fortune 500 brands to receive honors from the Effies, One Show, Communication Arts, The Webby’s, Adobe, AIGA, OMMA and AAF. He has served on the boards of AAF-Houston, MAGNET Global Agency Network, and the iMedia Data Driven Creativity Conference.
He collaborates regularly on cross-genre creative projects, most recently developing The Houston Flood Museum, a digital installation and story archive, with his wife and creative partner.


Andrew Daynes
Global Chief Financial Officer
Andy is responsible for the group’s finance and other corporate services functions.
Andy is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years post qualified experience. Andy completed his training contract at EY and has also previously worked at KPMG where he specialised in working on transactions with private equity, marketing services, and other business services clients. Andy joined Gravity Global in 2019 and in 2021 led the fundraising from Elysian Capital.
Andy is married with two young children. He is a sports fanatic and enjoys playing cricket through the summer months.


Tom Golland
Chief Strategy Officer
Tom is privileged to lead an immensely talented global team of brand and marketing strategists, and to help maximise their potential to unlock Gravity's clients' growth opportunities.
Alignment is the key to any brand's success. Alignment between corporate objectives, a compelling brand and an attractive market opportunity. And after many years' experience of leaning on Tom's research background to pinpoint where those opportunities lie, using his intricate knowledge of what makes brands successful to build strategies for growth, and drawing on the huge experience of working with c-suite teams, it is addressing misalignment which defines his core strategic skill.
There are few sectors Tom has not touched, few business models and brand challenges he has not encountered, and the result is an ability to rapidly pinpoint that critical insight to unlock commercial success and build outstanding brands armed with Fame, Admiration and Belief. And to keep Tom on my toes and fill in the inevitable gaps, he has a fantastic team of colleagues to spark new ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
Tom has qualifications in business, marketing and research. Experience of most B2B and B2C sectors. A career that has progressed from senior marketing roles client side, to directorships of strategy, consultancy and digital marketing businesses. He has built training programmes for brand managers across all of Unilever's brands, created brand strategies across diverse sectors from GE to Mastercard, and worked with start-ups to global giants. The message to take away? Tom loves marketing.
Many of Tom's summer weekends are taken up by racing his 90 year old sports cars, while his partner, Kate, competes on horseback. Tom's winter weekends are taken up by fixing the cars he has broken!


Scott Thaler
CMO
Scott Thaler is a brand, performance, and omni-channel marketing executive with accomplishments that span digital start-ups, prominent retail enterprises, and integrated agencies.
His expertise includes driving organic and new revenue opportunities across business models, consumer demographics, and brand categories.
As a thought leader and former retail CMO, he has been at the forefront of leveraging data analytics, digital solutions, and new and emerging media platforms to optimize results for premier national brands and driving results. With his business and analytical understanding of changing consumer behaviors and expectations, Scott has been a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, Boards, and cross-functional business leaders.
Thaler graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Public Relations, Advertising and Business Administration. When he isn’t immersing himself in the latest industry trends, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Lara and their three children, Ethan, Aiden and Aria.


Lisa DePoy
SVP Account Management
With over 20 years experience, Lisa has had a diverse marketing journey. Her mix of agency and client-side experience provides her a unique perspective in understanding the real challenges clients and brands face, from both a marketing and organizational perspective.
She knows the challenges of driving a strategy and plan throughout an organization and franchise community, as well as the pressure points of managing an agency. Lisa’s agency experience allows her to deliver meaningful, impactful strategic leadership and drive great creative work. Her unique experience ensures that she delivers thinking, planning and work that drives results.
Prior to joining Gravity, Lisa led marketing and advertising for over ten years on brands like JCPenney, Brinker International, and Blockbuster. Most recently for JCPenney, she led their first positive results in several years. In that role she and her team not only led the brand strategy and planning, but drove the integration across the company, driving the strategy across all marketing touch points, as well as store operations, merchandising and HR.


Paul Anderson
Executive Creative Director
Paul has worked for agencies good and bad and learned quite a bit along the way. His goal is to make Gravity Global a place of opportunity for young talent. As a founder of Gravity Global, Paul is proud to have seen it grow to become the most awarded agency in the sector and Agency of the Year 2019, 2020, 2021. 2022. 2023 and been voted one of the best places to work 2023. Gravity Global set out with a vision to be the leading Global B2B marketing network of record that operates in complex markets. Paul is proud to be working for global brands that are household names and delights in seeing the large contribution to their prosperity and success.
Specialties: Big ideas, creative direction, artist, designer, car mechanic, guitar player, pilot, energy, drive and a lot of bad jokes.


Jose Lozano
CEO
As CEO, Jose guides Gravity’s overarching vision, provides direction for the future and spearheads business growth and new business development.
He fosters radical business and marketing thinking that leads to Gravity’s exceptional new business success, both organically and through acquisitions. Most importantly, he embeds himself into clients’ companies to gain a full perspective of their marketing challenge, in order to drive successful strategies that lead to results.
Jose holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Baylor University, where he currently serves on the S3 Board for the Hankamer School of Business. He lives in Houston with his wife and three beautiful children.


Mark Lethbridge

Making it happen! Mark brings over 35 years experience in strategic marketing and holds the position of Executive Chairman.
Mark's mission is to bring together the World’s best talent to find, liberate and accelerate growth for brands globally. Working with start-ups to multinationals in any country, culture or category. "My love is helping people achieve their ambition whether that’s in business or personal life. My aim is to create the best environment for those close to me to succeed. That includes my dog - The Duchess, a spirited miniature dachshund!"
