Digital Media Planner

We’re looking for a highly organized and methodical individual to join our ever-growing agency as a Digital Media Planner. This position can be in any of the locations listed below.

The Digital Media Planner is experienced in planning, executing, and managing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads). Analytical and creative, you will provide insightful recommendations consistent with the approved strategy, followed by execution, monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan for the B2B channel in the digital media space
  • Optimize marketing channels with a focus on increasing traffic, lead flow and ROI
  • Identify high-value audiences using first-party and third-party data
  • Work in partnership with clients, accounts, strategy and creative teams to develop and test new messaging and content
  • Use analytics to understand results clearly, identify opportunities and measure success from recall to engagement to conversion
  • Communicate performance measurement to clients and across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Act as a team mentor by standardizing workflows, finding efficiencies and encouraging better work
  • Stay current on industry trends and share best practices with the team
  • Act as a thought leader by continually identifying and finding solutions for areas of opportunity with clients and inter-agency teams

Required experience:

  • (3) years of in-platform performance media marketing experience in the areas of paid search, social, display, programmatic and digital video
  • Advanced demonstrated ability with generating ROI-based performance results from paid search, social, display, programmatic and digital video
  • Advanced demonstrated ability planning and measuring success through both last touch and multi-touch attribution
  • Advanced demonstrated ability optimizing for profitable growth using audience segmentation and creative testing
  • Advanced strategic planning for content alignment per audience segment and procurement funnel stage using market research tools and AdTech/MarTech integrations
  • Advanced demonstrated ability building presentations and communicating ideas and results to client portfolio and across internal agency teams and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability mentoring junior team members and developing plans and processes to support growth across paid digital landscape
